The Handbook for Indirectly Funded Providers produced in 2007 for TKOM can now be downloaded. It is in two parts:

Part one contains an overview, in PDF format, of ideas for communicating with community groups.

Part two contains a selection, in Word format, of useful templates for carrying out responsibilities towards community groups. These can be downloaded and adapted for use.
