Defining ACE

'What is ACE' is the most popular page on our website, yet most people have difficulty giving a simple definition of what it is. This forum is for people to share ideas of what distinguishes ACE from other education. For example, ''adult" seems to be a simple enough feature, but 'community' includes all ages - are adult education and community two different things?
